Technically yes, but not according to GDPR.

You will always remain anonymous until chosen not to. That means that we will never reveal your identity to no one. What we could inform the merchant of however is your age, gender and geographics etc.

Can I get my receipts connected to my email? 2018-09-12T13:06:09+00:00

Currently you can´t, but it will be possible shortly. The disadvantage with email is that it won´t be as easy to administrate your account compare to the app. It´ll also be harder to find a receipt in your email. If you have a business, you´ll shortly be able to connect your app account to your accounting system which wouldn´t be possible through email. It´s also a risk if you ever decide to change your email address since you then would loose your receipts.

Yes, Rezeet works regardless what card issuer. We support all types of cards; debit – and credit. Shortly you´ll also be able to pay with your phone or wearable.

Generally you´ll have it a few seconds after the purchase. However it might happen that the store or someone else in the chain has problems which in worse case could force you to wait a little longer than expected.

The answer is simple, we, the owners live in Bali and it doesn´t cost much to surf.

This is something we hand over completely to you and your customer. If the customer trust you as merchant it´s up to him or her to share their identity. In that case we´ll send the customer´s information to you.

Digital receipts should be seen as an facilitated alternative for your customer to do purchases, but as well for cost saving and a positive impact on the environment. The real benefit for you as merchant is however the data we can analyze for you. Even if the customer stays anonymous you´re able to get out an amount of information about how your customers behave – to simply make your offer more effective. You will shortly even be able to connect your current existing loyalty program to your customers payment. Yes, it´s a fact that it´s completely up to you as a merchant to connect optional service to your customers choice of payment.

Not really. But they can of course always lookup the URL and read about our solution.

If you´re activating the service via your terminal supplier, your terminal must be connected to your checkout. If you´re choosing to activate it via your acquirer or payment provider, we also support independent terminals, regardless supplier. We always recommend though, a integrated terminal for an in general better experience.

We only support PDF at this stage, although it shouldn´t be a problem since it´s the most common format out there.

You will know how many times, where and when the viewer has opened the presentation. You will know the total duration, but also how much time on each page the viewer has spent.

Can I connect the customer´s receipt to our loyalty program? 2018-08-28T08:58:25+00:00

Yeah for sure, however, a copy of the receipt will be presented in our app so that the customer get an as user-friendly service as possible. We don´t believe that customers should need to create x amount of accounts, alternatively the need to download several apps to get access to their receipts. There´s services on the market where the receipt only is accessible via the merchant´s loyalty program. We appreciate all services which in any way contributes to a better environment, but instead of trying to limit the customer, Rezeet is focusing on making it as easy as possible for the customer to get access to their receipt. We hope you agree.

You will send a URL to the viewer. You can choose to use a random URL, or name it yourself.

No, of course not! Rezeet is following the agreement that´s written with you as merchant where you should feel completely secure. To be able to offer the service to an as great cost structure as possible, Rezeet will offer analysis from the merchant´s own data, which isn´t a requirement but a possibility for you as merchant to make your offer more effective.

First of all we don´t package the tracking feature with things you don´t need or want. You only pay to track your presentations, that´s it! And compare to other solutions that offers the same features we cost about 25% of the cost.

Vi spar fortsatt dina kvitton från ditt gamla kort i minst sju år. När du får ditt nya kort kan du antingen lägga till ett nytt kort i appen, alternativt så byter du ut ditt gamla kort mot det nya. Om du byter ut ditt kort så kommer dina nya kvitton, med inköp gjorda med ditt nya kort att visas i samma vy som ditt gamla kort.

Vi spar dina kvitton i minst sju år, i vissa fall längre om handlaren säljer produkter med lång garanti.

Rezeet kommer aldrig delge information om dig utan ditt medgivande. En grundregel är att du som person alltid är anonym till dess att du själv vill delge din identitet till handlaren som i utbyte kanske erbjuder dig rabatter/erbjudanden. För att kunna erbjuda Rezeet kostnadsfritt mot dig som användare måste vi som bolag generera intäkter, det gör vi genom att analysera kvittot där vi kompletterar med information som t.ex ålder, kön etc, det är dock fortfarande i anonym form där handlaren inte vet att det är just du som handlat.  Läs gärna mer i våra allmänna villkor och integritetspolicy som du hittar i appen.

Inom kort så kommer Rezeet att erbjuda ett öppet API mot bokföringssystem. Tillsvidare behöver du maila ditt kvitto.

Ja, du har möjlighet att återfå upp till två veckor gamla kvitton vid registreringstillfället. Detta får du per automatik när startar ditt konto och godkänt att vi hämtar upp dessa kvitton åt dig.

Ja det är inga problem, när du registrerar dig för tjänsten kan du ansluta upp till 10st kort, vid samma tillfälle markerar du om kortet är ett företags- eller privatkort. I appen kan du sedan välja vilket kort du önskar se kvitton för.

Ja, du kan få upp till två veckor gamla kvitton när du registrerar ditt kort. Rent tekniskt hade vi kunnat gå längre tillbaka men vi respekterar de villkor och lagar vi erbjuder tjänsten under.
